In an effort to support our students that hold athlete memberships at North Peak Performance, we have decided to donate a portion of this year's North Peak Performance Turkey Trot 5K funds to
open a North Peak Performance Scholarship fund. North Peak Performance is proud to be donating a $500 scholarship opportunity to a North Marion
Senior graduating in the spring of 2025. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA, be an active member at North Peak Performance, and have a

We are SO PROUD to FINALLY announce that North Peak Performance received a $30,000 Enhancement Grant from the Backing Small Businesses program presented by American Express, in partnership with Main Street America.
We were among the 500 Backing Small Businesses grantees awarded an additional $10,000 earlier this year, and now have been selected among JUST 25 of the original grantees for an additional enhancement grant that will help us address cultural, environmental, or access needs in our community.
We are so excited to be among the recipients of this program! For North Peak Performance this grant will help us create a space for our youth programs to grow and thrive. We plan to grow and expand our youth programs that we currently offer by building an area specifically for these programs! We are naming this area THE POWERHOUSE!
The POWERHOUSE is going to be a home for our tumbling girls that have worked hard and grow with every class, for our dancers that have found a love for dance, for future sport specific clinics and classes targeted for young athletes to grow and learn, have access to professionals to learn new skills, and SO MUCH MORE.
Our community sport programs have needed this opportunity for A LONG TIME, it's our time for North to be back on top and we pray that our facility will help do that for years to come.

The average person should start their sauna protocol at approximately 100 degrees for 10 minutes. 3-4 days a week is ideal for maximum benefits. As you get comfortable in the sauna, you may increase the time spent. 20-25 minutes is a good max time to reap the benefits.
