• The sauna will be on a first come, first serve basis for now. If wait time for it becomes dramatic we will have a sign up sheet on the door. For now, there will be a vacant/not vacant slide on the door to know whether it's occupied or not. 
• We have brand new sauna towels for use that will be laundered here so no need to bring a towel (unless you want to) you just return them to the hamper and fresh towels will sit on the bench inside the room. Ask staff if you need fresh towels.
• You can wear what you are comfortable in. Light, breathable clothing is recommended. Or the less clothing the better because you will be SWEATY when you are finished. NO SHOES OR SOCKS IN THE SAUNA
•  You may sit with a friend or alone but please know you are on camera as you enter the sauna room. If you are 17 and under you must enter ALONE unless with a parent or guardian. 
• Sauna usage has MAJOR health benefits: improve sleep quality, sweating/detoxifying toxins from the body, boosting the imimmune system, flushing out cold/flu germs, increase metabolism and burn fat BY SITTING, reduce stress/lower blood pressure, improve heart health, reverse aging and improve skin conditions such as acne, quicker muscular recovery, improve chronic pain and inflammation, decrease anxiety and depression, and SO MUCH MORE! 
• The average person should start their sauna protocol at approximately 100 degrees for 10 minutes. 3-4 days a week is ideal for maximum benefits. As you get comfortable in the sauna, you may increase the time spent. 20-25 minutes is a good max time to reap the benefits.
•  You want to be really hydrated before and after sitting in the sauna. You may bring water with you to sip but it is recommended to be hydrated before use and to hydrate after to reduce any kind of lightheadedness or faintness.
